Product Description
We have three of the finest brand names of Greek style coffee: Papagalos, Bravo and Venizelos Greek style coffee (fine ground). These coffees are served in small demitasse cups. They produce a very rich and thick coffee. If you love espresso give this coffee a try.
Directions to make Greek coffee:
1.For each cup desired, measure one demi-tasse cup of cold water into a "briki" or narrow-necked coffee pot.
2.Add one teaspoonfull of Greek coffee and sugar to taste. Stir well.
3.bring to a boil over medium heat.
4.Remove from heat as coffe begins to rise and pour into demi-tasse cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup.
NOTE: Coffee should not be stirred once it has been poured.
